THIS is a blog. Blogs are like cars - you can change the colour and customise them with widgets but basically you just jump in them and drive off. They are superb communications tools and the investment goes into the work to keep them alive rather than building.
By comparison a web site is like going to a garage and ordering a bigger engine, fatter wheels, more compression, leather seats - and all the other things that can and do go wrong,
With a blog WYSIWYG. Drive on.

Blogs are useful for all kinds of web presences and can top the search engines. They can import fancy photographs and graphics; in fact they can do pretty much anything...except database. Proper functioning dynamic web sites need to have a database behind them to power the information, otherwise they are just passive, wimpy placards....
